Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California (active and in good standing)
• Recent hospital-based OT experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient caseload
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote patient mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and case managers
• Document patient progress according to hospital standards and regulatory requirements
