Travel Occupational Therapist - Athena, Oregon

Professionally, you’ll be exposed to a diverse range of therapies and rehabilitation practices, expanding your experience across acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings. Collaborate with a dedicated rehab team and learn from varied leadership styles, which will help you grow clinically while enhancing your adaptability and problem-solving skills. Engage with a patient population comprised mainly of orthopedics (hands, elbows, shoulders), with additional experience in CVA, MS, and head injuries—an ideal environment for broadening your expertise and boosting your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts: Monday through Thursday
• No weekends or holiday coverage required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current Oregon OT license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum experience with orthopedics, hands, elbows, and shoulders
• Proficiency in OP Ortho cases; lymphedema training a plus
• Experience in acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient care
• Comfort with ReDoc documentation (OP) and Meditech (acute settings)
• Professional attire: scrubs required, no denim

Primary Duties:

• Evaluate and implement patient-centered OT interventions for a primarily orthopedic caseload
• Manage treatment for 12 patients per day across various care settings
• Collaborate with supportive aides and an experienced management team
• Ensure thorough documentation and consistent quality of care
