You'll work alongside experienced clinicians, gaining insight into innovative care delivery and leadership philosophies while strengthening your clinical toolbox. Flexible options include guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours, both designed to suit your needs and professional goals.
Schedule/Hours:
- Both guaranteed (36-hour) and non-guaranteed hour options available.
- Weekend coverage may be required depending on patient needs.
- Assignments may occasionally extend outside the primary service area for full caseload coverage.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license with insurance and vehicle registration
- Up-to-date health requirements (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including patients with various health statuses (Covid+ included)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans in home health settings
- Complete documentation and communication in accordance with home health standards
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territories
- Participate in OASIS and standard therapy documentation processes
