  • CPR certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patient mobility, independence, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure integrated, holistic care
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies and adaptive equipment
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
