Schedule/Hours:

• Both guaranteed (36-hour) and non-guaranteed hour options available.
• Weekend coverage may be required depending on patient needs.
• Assignments may occasionally extend outside the primary service area for full caseload coverage.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license with insurance and vehicle registration
• Up-to-date health requirements (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including patients with various health statuses (Covid+ included)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans in home health settings
• Complete documentation and communication in accordance with home health standards
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territories
• Participate in OASIS and standard therapy documentation processes
