This role focuses on delivering high-quality occupational therapy services directly in patients’ homes, supporting individuals with cognitive, physical, or functional impairments across all ages. Schedule / Hours:

  • Travel-based within the Boston metro area

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist certification and registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts
  • Minimum one year of certified home care OT experience
  • At least two years’ experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care settings as an Occupational Therapist
  • Proficiency in various computer software; knowledge of hand-held patient care devices preferred
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and electronic
  • Excellent customer service abilities and experience working with diverse populations
  • Adaptability and strong prioritization skills
  • Travel required within the assigned geographic area

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients in their homes to address impairments due to injury, illness, or disability
  • Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Coordinate resources efficiently, including technical, environmental, and financial aspects of therapy
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic documentation
  • Offer patient- and family-centered education to maximize independence and quality of life
