Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in patients’ residences across a varied age spectrum.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and coordinate care plans.
  • Manage resources effectively to support therapeutic outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using computer software and hand-held patient care devices.
  • Travel within the assigned geographic area to meet patient needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
  • Minimum of one year certified home care OT experience.
  • At least two years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care settings.
  • Proficient in computer software applications and patient care devices.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work across diverse populations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to dynamic clinical environments.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated service area.
