Deliver exceptional patient care and foster recovery as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic hospital environment. Working within a supportive team, you’ll make a meaningful impact on patients’ quality of life, offering evidence-based therapy and compassionate service.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 4 x 10-hour shifts each week
  • Includes 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts
  • Flexibility available on shift assignments
  • Floating between facilities as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting strongly preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
  • Ability to float among multiple hospital sites
  • Strong assessment, planning, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to upholding therapy best practices and hospital policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions focused on restoring functional abilities and independence
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
  • Educate patients and their families on care plans and progress
  • Accurately maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Adapt to multiple hospital units and work environments as patient needs require
