You’ll spend your days supporting a dynamic rehab services team, gaining hands-on experience with a diverse patient population and collaborating with skilled clinicians from multiple therapy disciplines. Schedule
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- Rotating schedule, includes 2-3 weekends per month
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver acute inpatient occupational therapy to a caseload of 8–10 patients daily
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs in a 175-bed facility
- Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation
- Wear olive-green scrubs as per facility guidelines
- Communicate and work independently in a fast-paced, acute-care environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active OT Certification
- Previous acute care experience
- Alaska state fingerprint and background clearance (or provisional status to start)
- Strong independence and ability to thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent patient care and organizational skills
