Schedule

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule, includes 2-3 weekends per month

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver acute inpatient occupational therapy to a caseload of 8–10 patients daily
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs in a 175-bed facility
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation
• Wear olive-green scrubs as per facility guidelines
• Communicate and work independently in a fast-paced, acute-care environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active OT Certification
• Previous acute care experience
• Alaska state fingerprint and background clearance (or provisional status to start)
• Strong independence and ability to thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent patient care and organizational skills
