A rewarding opportunity is available for a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in hospital and healthcare settings. This contract position is based in Clyde Park, MT, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (5x8 schedule)
  • Availability to work holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas, is a significant advantage
  • On-call responsibilities: 2–4 weekday nights weekly
  • Weekend coverage: 1–3 weekends spread over the 13-week contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in hospital and healthcare environments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Support community-based care, with limited inpatient support as needed on the Med/Surg floor
  • Manage a typical caseload of 4–5 patients per day during 8-hour shifts or 5–7 patients during 10-hour shifts

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of occupational therapy experience in home health or related areas
  • Hospice experience is preferred; training is available for those without prior hospice background
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
