Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience in a hospital or similar therapy setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple service areas
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy regimens for a variety of patient needs
- Deliver out-patient and in-patient therapy, including specialized modalities and programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Document and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in school and home care visits as needed
