Schedule/Hours:

• Start Date: Firm 6/15
• Orientation every Monday
• NBO: 16 hours
• 36-40 hours per week (overtime after 40 hours)
• May be asked to float across local campuses within the same discipline
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid State license (or eligible) as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous hospital-based experience preferred but not mandatory
• Functional knowledge of EPIC EMR system is a plus
• Flexibility to float as needed within the therapy discipline
• Strong collaborative and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality therapy interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Manage and coordinate patient care with compassion and professionalism
• Accurately document patient progress using EPIC EMR
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond as needed
• Fulfill charge and/or precepting duties when assigned
