Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation begins every Monday
• NBO: 16 hours
• General: 36-40 hours per week (OT after 40), or 48 hours per week (OT after 48)
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Valid OT license, eligible for practice in Iowa
• Previous experience in a hospital therapy setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system a plus
• Flexibility to float across local campuses within the same discipline
• Collaborative, compassionate, and adaptable communication style

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services as a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team
• Contribute clinically and professionally in the provision and management of patient-centered care
• Document thoroughly and accurately in EPIC EMR
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as scheduled
• Precepting or charge duties as assigned, with additional compensation
