Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, orientation every Monday
• Must be available for a firm start on 6/15
• Required to work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• On-call, holiday, and call-back opportunities provide a dynamic schedule

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and eligibility for Iowa licensure
• Previous experience in hospital-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC experience a plus)
• Flexibility to float within the discipline across local campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy in a hospital environment
• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care in collaboration with a clinical team
• Document all patient encounters accurately using EPIC
• Participate in on-call rotations and lend support to other local campuses as needed
