Schedule and Structure

• Orientation every Monday to start your journey smoothly
• 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours
• Floating within the same discipline at nearby sites
• Required to work 1-2 out of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• 16 hours of new employee orientation
• Utilizing EPIC electronic medical records

Qualifications

• Valid and active Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in hospital-based therapy preferred
• Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
• Enthusiasm for travel assignments and adapting to new environments

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive OT care and management across local campuses
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC EMR
