Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, school-based hours
• Serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience with fine and gross motor skill development
• Previous work in school or pediatric settings is preferred
• Experience collaborating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address the fine and gross motor needs of K-12 students within a school setting
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and COTAs to ensure cohesive support strategies
• Educate school staff and families on techniques to encourage student independence and skill development
