Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient functioning following physician orders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement appropriate occupational therapy interventions based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary team processes including discharge planning and patient education.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and OT/COTA students, providing guidance and orientation for new staff.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with departmental policies.
