Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible options available: choose guaranteed hours (36 hrs/week with productivity standards) or a non-guaranteed schedule with variable caseload
- Weekend coverage may be required
- Assigned territory covers multiple neighboring cities; occasional travel outside service area for full caseload
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- Valid BLS certification
- Driver’s license, auto insurance, and auto registration
- Required immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
- Successful completion of drug screen and physical
- Comfort seeing a variety of patients, including COVID+ when necessary
- Home health experience preferred, but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality OT care in hospital and home settings, including assessments (OASIS and non-OASIS), interventions, routine and follow-up visits, evaluations, and discharges
- Maintain productivity standards through effective scheduling and documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Willingness to cover weekends or travel beyond assigned area as needed to support patient care needs
- Adhere to all compliance, safety, and documentation protocols
