As a traveling Occupational Therapist, you’ll work across multiple communities, gaining expertise in a variety of home health settings. Schedule/Hours:

  • Options for guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours
  • 36-hour weekly guarantee for those who opt in, with flexible productivity structure
  • Occasional weekend coverage may be required
  • Willingness to travel across different territories as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapy License
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto registration, and insurance
  • Compliance with immunizations (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, annual flu), drug screening, and physical
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Home health experience preferred, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy to individuals in their homes
  • Complete evaluations, recertifications, discharges, and follow-up appointments
  • Maintain thorough records and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
