Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal and informal evaluations of patients’ neurological, skeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, developmental, social, and cognitive function.
• Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans aligned with physician orders and clinical standards.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, prognosis, and therapeutic interventions.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, Home Health Aides, and students, ensuring compliance with regulatory and affiliate guidelines.
• Recommend and facilitate access to adaptive/supportive equipment tailored to patient needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatments and patient responses, adhering to billing and regulatory policies.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, program development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional communication skills.
