Schedule/Hours:

  • Two options: Guaranteed 36 hours/week or flexible, non-guaranteed hours
  • Potential weekend coverage
  • Ability to work outside the primary area to maintain expected productivity

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license
  • BLS certification
  • Driver’s license, auto insurance, vehicle registration
  • Current TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual), drug screen, physical
  • New graduates encouraged to apply; home health experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide OT services in home health settings (including evaluations, re-certifications, follow-ups, and discharge)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Meet required productivity metrics per chosen scheduling option
  • Willingness to travel within assigned areas and, if needed, outside core service zones
