Schedule:
- 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
- Enjoy long weekends with no required holidays or weekends
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon OT license required
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with orthopedics is essential (hands, elbows, shoulders focus)
- Lymphedema training desirable
- Comfortable with primary patient groups: Orthopedic (80-100%), CVA, MS, head injuries
- Competency in OP Ortho, acute inpatient settings, and documentation platforms such as ReDoc and Meditech
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments for a 12-patient daily caseload in acute, rehab, and outpatient settings
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care, prioritizing orthopedic patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including aides for optimal patient outcomes
- Complete ongoing departmental orientation to maintain quality standards
- Uphold professional attire (scrubs preferred, no denim)
