Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Required two weekend shifts per month (with compensatory day off during the week)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-patient rehab occupational therapy services, including neuro and orthopedic evaluations and treatments
  • Conduct acute care evaluations and treatments in ortho, telemetry, and ICU environments
  • Thoroughly document patient care using the Meditech system
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Float to other areas of the hospital as needed in accordance with facility policy

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience (required)
  • Active OT license (no temporary licenses accepted)
  • Prefer 2-3 years of acute hospital experience, NDT/brain injury certification, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
  • Experience documenting in Meditech is a plus

  • Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green jacket; white or black undershirts
  • Neat, professional hair and nails; visible tattoos and facial piercings should be covered
