Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, with built-in flexibility on shift times
  • Rotating between multiple facilities including Herrin, Memorial, and St. Joseph’s hospitals

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license (OT)
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required for various units (refer to individual hospital/unit requirements as outlined)
  • Adaptability to float between different acute care settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality therapy services across hospital settings (acute rehab, emergency, ICU, PCU, med/surg, and more)
  • Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care and therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
  • Float between hospital campuses as needed for patient and team support
  • Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
