As a vital member of the team, you’ll use your clinical skills to make a meaningful impact on patient care across local hospital campuses. Whether you’re floating between campuses or leading shifts as a charge OT, every day brings fresh experiences to enhance your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

  • NBO: 16 hours
  • Orientation offered every Monday
  • Required participation in 1–2 summer holiday shifts (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
  • Flexibility to work overtime, with multipliers for OT and holidays
  • May include call shifts with additional multipliers

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Experience providing therapy in a hospital setting
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC experience preferred)
  • Adaptable to working across multiple campuses within the same system
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services to hospital patients
  • Contribute to patient care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in precepting and/or charge responsibilities as needed
  • Float between campuses as required to support care needs
