Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active Occupational Therapist license
• Demonstrated experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Strong understanding of therapy assessment, treatment planning, and patient documentation
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to shifting workload demands
• Previous experience in a hospital environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Accurately document patient progress, maintain detailed therapy records, and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy interventions, home programs, and continuing care strategies
• Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and facility protocols at all times
