Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license
- Demonstrated experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Strong understanding of therapy assessment, treatment planning, and patient documentation
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to shifting workload demands
- Previous experience in a hospital environment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Accurately document patient progress, maintain detailed therapy records, and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding therapy interventions, home programs, and continuing care strategies
- Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain adherence to ethical standards and facility protocols at all times
