Each week will bring growth and momentum, as you collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals, master innovative EMR systems, and experience fresh approaches to therapy and patient care management.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • 72 hours per pay period

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with hospital-based experience
  • Strong coaching skills in daily living activities (bathing, cooking, dressing, etc.)
  • Experience or willingness to work with pediatric patients—open to all age groups
  • Knowledge or certification in lymphedema treatment highly valued
  • Organizational and documentation skills essential
  • Comfort with web-based EMR, iPad charting, and remote scheduling
  • Ability to perform supervisory visits for COTA cases (documentation involved)
  • Open to new grads, dependent on applicant background

Role Highlights:

  • Treat and educate patients in orthopedic rehab, deconditioning, and chronic swelling/lymphedema
  • Coach patients in life skills to help them maintain independence at home
  • Cover a scenic territory, enjoying a travel role with significant autonomy and support
  • Conduct 4-5 patient visits daily, balancing fieldwork and some office check-ins
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and maintain proactive communication with physicians
