Facilitate meaningful recovery and maximize functional abilities as an Occupational Therapist serving hospitalized patients in Lewiston, ID. This travel opportunity offers the chance to work in an acute rehab hospital setting, implementing individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans that foster physical rehabilitation and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical capabilities and develop tailored occupational therapy programs
  • Implement, modify, and monitor treatment plans to meet evolving patient needs
  • Collaborate closely in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions
  • Perform administrative duties and participate in performance improvement initiatives
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain clinical expertise

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in Idaho (must be attached to application)
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (attach certification)
  • Minimum 2 years recent OT experience in a hospital setting, preferably acute rehab
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage patient care and documentation

Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday
