An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist with specialized skills in hand therapy and neuro/pediatric care to support patients in a hospital setting. This 13-week contract position offers the chance to apply advanced hands-on techniques, including the use of Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs), in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert occupational therapy services with a focus on hands and upper extremity rehabilitation.
  • Utilize advanced hands-on therapy techniques and PAMs to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Deliver neuro and pediatric occupational therapy services as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
  • Proven expertise in hand therapy, including advanced hands skills and PAMs.
  • Experience with neuro and pediatric patient populations preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour daytime shifts
