This travel therapy position places you in a dynamic hospital environment, where you’ll encounter a diverse patient population—including orthopedic, deconditioned, and pediatric cases. Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 72 hours per pay period

What You’ll Do:

• Complete 4-5 patient visits daily, managing a caseload that primarily includes ortho, deconditioned, and some pediatric patients
• Provide essential coaching in daily living skills (bathing, dressing, meal preparation) to help patients remain independent at home
• Deliver specialized care, including lymphedema management (preferred but not required)
• Conduct supervisory visits and documentation when collaborating with COTAs
• Utilize a web-based EMR for scheduling, documentation, and remote meetings (iPads provided)
• Regularly stop by the office as needed for meetings and administrative tasks

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license (or eligibility) in Illinois
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and adaptability
• Comfort with technology, EMR, and remote communication
• Lymphedema specialization and pediatric experience desirable
• Openness to working with patients of all ages
