Schedule/Hours:

• Assignment based in our Bishop outpatient clinic

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one patient care, with focused 45-minute sessions each hour
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, set goals, and formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians
• Administer evidence-based occupational therapy techniques appropriate to each diagnosis
• Document progress reports promptly, ensuring alignment with provider follow-ups and insurance requirements
• Reassess and revise treatment plan as needed, at minimum every 6 weeks
• Collaborate with all hospital departments and the outpatient rehabilitation team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program; licensed to practice in California
• Outpatient and hand-based therapy experience preferred
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and observational skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication abilities
