As an Occupational Therapist embedded within an interdisciplinary hospital team, you'll play a vital role in delivering and managing patient care alongside skilled professionals and forward-thinking leadership. Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation every Monday (NBO: 16 hrs)
• Typical schedule: 36-40 hours/week, with overtime billable after 40 hours
• Expect to work 1-2 of the three summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• On-call duties compensated additionally

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Adaptability for floating between local campuses as requested

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to hospital patients
• Collaborate as a core member of the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care and interventions efficiently in EPIC EMR
• Support patient progress through evidence-based practices and team-driven strategies
• Participate in on-call and holiday rotations as required
