Key Qualifications:

  • Active California OT license (or eligible under the 60-Day Rule)
  • Previous SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged—mentorship is available
  • Strong aptitude for documentation and time management
  • Flexible, open-minded approach and teamwork orientation

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and individualized therapy to SNF patients
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
  • Adapt to occasional float assignments as needed
