Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts
- Daytime hours, with flexibility on shift scheduling when needed
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients requiring occupational therapy in an acute care hospital setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient progress
- Document patient interventions, goals, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
- Float between designated hospital sites to meet departmental needs and provide comprehensive services
Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working as an OT in a hospital environment required
- Strong clinical evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptability to rotating between hospital sites as needed
