Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and NIHSS
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities including medical, PCU, step-down ICU, and rehab units
• Adaptable, collaborative spirit to thrive within dynamic care teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float seamlessly between Memorial, Herrin, and St. Joe’s locations as needed
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation
• Educate patients and families for continued care and rehabilitation
