Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred
- Required certifications: BLS and NIHSS
- Willingness to float between multiple facilities including medical, PCU, step-down ICU, and rehab units
- Adaptable, collaborative spirit to thrive within dynamic care teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Float seamlessly between Memorial, Herrin, and St. Joe’s locations as needed
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation
- Educate patients and families for continued care and rehabilitation
