Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (full-time hours)

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients in acute care and nursing home environments, addressing a variety of rehabilitation needs.
• Document thorough, accurate evaluations, progress, treatment notes, insurance, and discharge information within patient records.
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights on patient progress and care planning.
• Screen patients, provide outpatient evaluation and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive care.
• Embrace other duties as needed to support patient recovery and program development.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required (Doctorate preferred).
• Current National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Wisconsin OT license, with ongoing continuing education.
• Active BLS certification and valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated precision, organizational skills, and dedication to patient-centered care.
