What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients in acute care and nursing home environments, addressing a variety of rehabilitation needs.
- Document thorough, accurate evaluations, progress, treatment notes, insurance, and discharge information within patient records.
- Attend team meetings and contribute insights on patient progress and care planning.
- Screen patients, provide outpatient evaluation and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive care.
- Embrace other duties as needed to support patient recovery and program development.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required (Doctorate preferred).
- Current National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Wisconsin OT license, with ongoing continuing education.
- Active BLS certification and valid driver’s license.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated precision, organizational skills, and dedication to patient-centered care.
