• Sunday through Thursday
• Tuesday through Saturday

Qualifications:

• Active California OT license, or eligibility under the 60-day rule
• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship is available)
• Strong documentation and time-management abilities
• Adaptable, collaborative approach with a willingness to float to a nearby sister facility as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete required documentation in Net Health system according to facility protocols
