Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working in hospital or school settings
• Proficiency in fine and gross motor skill development interventions
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Experience supporting diverse student populations is highly desirable

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Immediate start through the end of the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and best practices
• Evaluate, assess, and document students’ progress in areas such as fine and gross motor skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Adapt and modify activities to facilitate student participation in classroom and school activities
• Maintain timely and accurate records, and participate in team meetings as needed
