Deliver compassionate and expert occupational therapy services in a dynamic hospital setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and independence. This contract position is ideal for a skilled OT motivated to make a positive impact while working within a respected healthcare network.

Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts
  • Flexible on shift scheduling as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience providing hospital-based therapy services preferred
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various units and facilities
  • Adaptability and confidence when floating between hospital campuses
  • Dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Role Includes:

  • Delivering individualized occupational therapy to inpatients and outpatients as prescribed
  • Assessing patient needs and developing effective, goal-oriented care plans
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
  • Supporting discharge planning, safety recommendations, and patient/family education
  • Floating between multiple facilities to provide coverage as needed
  • Maintaining documentation according to hospital standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Providing patient progress updates and participating in interdisciplinary meetings
