Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience in hospital-based therapy strongly preferred
- Ability to float between multiple hospital sites as needed
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of acute care therapy protocols
- Team-oriented approach with a commitment to patient-centered care
Schedule & Hours:
- 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week
- 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts
- Flexibility in scheduling is available
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for hospital patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve patient goals
