Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible shifts available
• Will float between locations in the network as needed

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required for various hospital units
• Willingness to float between locations, including Herrin and St. Joseph
• Strong adaptability and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to patients in diverse hospital settings
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the wider care team
• Contribute to multidisciplinary rounds and team discussions
• Support patients’ functional recovery, mobility, and independence
