As an Occupational Therapist in this dynamic environment, you'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to making a positive impact in both acute care and nursing home settings. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in acute care, nursing home, and outpatient settings
  • Conduct patient screenings and participate in team meetings on patient progress
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, daily updates, insurance, and discharge summaries
  • Collaborate closely with fellow providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Perform other occupational therapy duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required (Doctorate preferred)
  • Current Wisconsin OT license; National Board Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High level of attention to detail is essential
