Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible scheduling options with guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours
• Weekend coverage may be required
• Potential to travel outside assigned area for full caseload

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Active BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
• Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu
• Ability to pass a drug screen and physical
• New graduates welcome; home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide OT evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, discharges, and follow-ups in patients’ homes
• Complete all required visit documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Flexibility to serve patients in multiple communities and adapt to occasional weekend coverage or travel outside primary territory
• Willingness to provide care for a variety of patient needs, including Covid-positive or PUI patients
