Schedule/Hours:

• Two assignment options: Guaranteed 36 hours/week (meeting productivity requirements) or Non-Guaranteed hours (flexible caseload, some weekend/weeknight coverage)
• Coverage may require traveling within Oakland and surrounding East Bay areas

Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Valid BLS certification
• Active driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
• TB clearance (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual), and Drug Screen
• Physical exam clearance
• Home health or hospital OT experience is a plus; new grads welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage caseloads for adult patients in home health settings
• Complete patient evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver therapies
• Document visits thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure timely communication with team members, physicians, and patients
• Adapt to changing schedules and travel needs, including covering a wide county territory
• Provide weekend or after-hours care as needed
