Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible scheduling options with guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours
- Weekend coverage may be required
- Potential to travel outside assigned area for full caseload
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California
- Active BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu
- Ability to pass a drug screen and physical
- New graduates welcome; home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, discharges, and follow-ups in patients’ homes
- Complete all required visit documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
- Flexibility to serve patients in multiple communities and adapt to occasional weekend coverage or travel outside primary territory
- Willingness to provide care for a variety of patient needs, including Covid-positive or PUI patients
