Schedule/Hours:

  • Options for guaranteed 36 hours/week or variable hours without guarantee
  • Occasional weekend coverage may be required
  • Flexibility to travel within assigned territories

Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapy License
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Updated immunizations (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap, Flu)
  • Ability to provide a drug screen and physical
  • Willingness to work with diverse patient groups, including Covid+ and PUI cases
  • Home health experience preferred—but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home evaluations, recertifications, follow-ups, and discharges following established guidelines
  • Manage caseload and scheduling efficiently within assigned territory
  • Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare team
  • Comply with all agency and regulatory standards
