Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Ability to design and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to professional ethics

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse clinical needs
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living and functional skills
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and family members
  • Maintain comprehensive, timely clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and techniques to optimize independence
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and discharge planning
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
