This travel Occupational Therapist role offers the opportunity to collaborate within an experienced inpatient rehab team. You’ll work alongside physical and speech therapists in a modern hospital environment utilizing Cerner EMR, and will enjoy working under accessible leadership. This setting is perfect for expanding clinical skills and networking, with exposure to new protocols, technology, and dynamic patient populations. Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts: 7:00am-5:30pm
  • Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
  • Holiday coverage included in staff rotation

Qualifications:

  • Active California OT license required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
  • Comfort working in a rehab team with PT and Speech
  • Open to first-time travelers

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy in an inpatient rehab setting
  • Collaborate with PT, Speech, and rehab aides to support patient recovery
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning
  • Complete timely documentation in Cerner EMR
  • Engage with interdisciplinary staff and patients’ families
