Step into a hospital-based therapy role, joining an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team focused on patient-centered care. Schedule:

  • 4 shifts of 10 hours each, 7:00am – 5:30pm
  • Work every 3rd weekend
  • Holidays rotate with permanent staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Therapy experience (including at least 1 year in acute care hospital)
  • Adaptability and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR is a plus
  • Open to first-time travelers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary rehab unit
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with varying needs
  • Document patient progress using Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate effectively with PTs, SLPs, management, and aides
