Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous hospital-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic evaluation and intervention techniques
  • Ability to tailor care approaches for diverse patient populations
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop targeted therapy plans
  • Execute evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ mobility, function, and independence
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and home care strategies
