This hospital-based occupational therapy role lets you work directly with a range of acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient orthopedic cases—meaning you’ll continually build on and diversify your professional experience. Working alongside experienced rehab aides, you’ll collaborate across settings and be instrumental in restoring mobility and function to individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions or neurological diagnoses like CVA, MS, and traumatic head injuries.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
  • No weekend or holiday requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon Occupational Therapy License (required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Minimum of 12 patients treated per day; efficient caseload management
  • Strong experience with orthopedics (hands, elbows, shoulders essential)
  • Acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ReDoc documentation for outpatient, Meditech for acute care
  • Lymphedema training a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy care to primarily orthopedic caseloads
  • Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including rehab aides
  • Chart accurately and efficiently using ReDoc and Meditech
