Schedule and Hours:

  • Travel assignment with flexibility required to visit patients across the region

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year certified home care OT experience
  • At least two years as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehabilitation, or homecare settings
  • Massachusetts OT Licensure and registration with the Board of Registration
  • Proficiency using a range of computer software, with preference for those skilled in hand-held patient care devices
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Strong customer service aptitude; ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Adaptable, skilled at prioritizing and managing shifting workloads
  • Travel required within the designated geographic area

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to patients in their homes
  • Assess cognitive, physical, and functional impairments stemming from injury, disease, disability, or other causes
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals to coordinate and optimize care plans
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to support effective treatment
