Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts (7:00am – 5:30pm)
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation
  • Holidays integrated into permanent staff rotation
  • No floating between floors

Qualifications:

  • Current CA Occupational Therapist license
  • BLS certification (active)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OT, with at least 1 year in acute care hospital settings
  • Comfort with Cerner EMR
  • Open to first-time travel healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement therapy treatments for hospital rehab patients
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including PT, Speech, and PT aides
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following evidence-based practices
  • Participate in department meetings and ongoing educational activities
  • Engage in thorough documentation and maintain accurate patient records
