Primary Responsibilities:

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• Active National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and Wisconsin state license (continuing education required to maintain licensure).
• Valid driver’s license and current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant occupational therapy experience.
• High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
