Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in acute care (primary) and/or outpatient settings preferred
• Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, and students

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities using both formal and informal assessments
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care closely with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and adaptive strategies
• Recommend and help secure necessary adaptive/supportive equipment
• Supervise and mentor therapy assistants, aides, and students per regulatory standards
