Schedule/Hours:

  • Preference for Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • Flexibility may be required for occasional floating to a nearby sister facility within walking distance

Qualifications:

  • Active CA Occupational Therapist license (or eligible via 60 Day Rule)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship available
  • Proficient documentation and effective time-management skills
  • Flexible, collaborative approach to patient care

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide OT treatment for SNF patients
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation using Net Health in adherence to facility standards
