As a travel Occupational Therapist in a vibrant, progressive skilled nursing setting, you’ll encounter a broad spectrum of patient needs, giving you the chance to hone your clinical skills while absorbing a variety of therapeutic techniques. Schedule Options:

  • Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (preference considered)
  • Some float support to a neighboring facility (easily walkable)

Qualifications:

  • Active California OT license, or eligible under the 60-Day Rule
  • Skilled nursing facility experience preferred (new graduates encouraged; mentorship available)
  • Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
  • Flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and carry out individualized treatment plans for SNF patients
  • Collaborate closely with RNs, PTs, and other care professionals
  • Document care and progress in Net Health per facility protocols
