Schedule/Hours
- Guaranteed Hours Option: Minimum 36-hour work week, requiring 27 productivity points per week; occasional travel outside core areas and weekend work may be required to meet expectations.
- Non-Guaranteed Hours Option: Flexible caseload; occasional weekend shifts and travel outside service area as needed for full caseload.
Key Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration
- Health compliance (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu vaccination, drug screen, and physical)
- NEW grads welcome; home health experience preferred but not required
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver home-based OT interventions (evaluations, re-certifications, follow-ups, and discharges)
- Complete thorough documentation and coordinate with care teams
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Travel within select Bay Area territories to serve patients in their homes
- Willingness to treat Covid+ and Covid PUI patients
