Schedule/Hours

• Guaranteed Hours Option: Minimum 36-hour work week, requiring 27 productivity points per week; occasional travel outside core areas and weekend work may be required to meet expectations.
• Non-Guaranteed Hours Option: Flexible caseload; occasional weekend shifts and travel outside service area as needed for full caseload.

Key Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration
• Health compliance (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu vaccination, drug screen, and physical)
• NEW grads welcome; home health experience preferred but not required

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based OT interventions (evaluations, re-certifications, follow-ups, and discharges)
• Complete thorough documentation and coordinate with care teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Travel within select Bay Area territories to serve patients in their homes
• Willingness to treat Covid+ and Covid PUI patients
