Schedule/Hours:
- Options include guaranteed 36 hours/week (with productivity requirements) or non-guaranteed hours on a per-visit basis
- Weekend coverage may be assigned, with occasional travel across counties to maintain a full caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in home settings
- Complete evals, follow-ups, recertifications, and discharges (OASIS and non-OASIS visits)
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and physicians
- Maintain accurate documentation, travel to patient homes, and uphold productivity standards
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (10 years), Flu (annual)
- Ability to work with COVID+ and PUI patients
- New graduates welcome; home health experience is a plus
