Schedule/Hours:
- Guarantee options provide stability with 36-hour weekly minimum, with points-based productivity.
- Non-guarantee options allow greater flexibility; coverage for a full caseload may include occasional weekend work and going beyond core service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy care to home health patients throughout assigned territories, ensuring tailored treatment and progress toward set goals.
- Conduct evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharge planning using industry standards (OASIS-based).
- Complete timely documentation including communication and coordination with patients, families, and physicians.
- Provide exceptional care to patients with varied needs, including those with infectious conditions as needed.
- Participate in inter-disciplinary collaboration and contribute to the team atmosphere.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current CA Occupational Therapy license.
- BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Recent TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, annual flu shot; ability to pass physical and drug screen.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Home health experience is welcome but not required—enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply!
